BLUETREE Farm and Forest is a family owned and operated lavender farm on beautiful Bainbridge Island, WA. We are dedicated to providing wholesome lavender and honey culinary and wellness products. We invite curious guests to be inspired by planning or participating in an event at BLUETREE.

Forest Walk
Ready for guests now!
Deepen your knowledge in this mostly untouched native Forest. We share our Native Food forest featuring abundant salmonberry, huckleberry and trailing blackberry . . . and more
The Forest Walk offers a written and audio tour using your phone.
The trail is roughly maintained with wood chips and is approximately 1/3 of a mile with minimal elevation.

Lavender Fields
Our lavender field was planted in Spring of 2023 and will be ready for harvest in Summer 2024.
Our first field is Grosso Lavender. A classic French hybrid lavender known for its tall, fragrant dark blue flower spikes. It is used to make essential oil, satchets and wellness products. Our second field is Folgate, a compact dense plant with vibrant violet-blue flowers used for our culinary creations.
Planning a visit is easy. We offer private tours, and a venue for your special event.

BEE Experience
Coming Soon! In this one-hour experience, you will learn about honeybees from our beekeeper, Aaron. You will have an opportunity to “suit up” and hold a frame of bees from the hive, learn about the different kinds of bees and discover the many types of jobs bees have in the hive. We will taste three types of raw honey (sourced locally) and learn how the nation’s food supply depends on bees. You will go home with a jar of honey and a list of pollinator plants as a reminder of your time with the bees.
After class, treat yourself to the Gift Shop where you will find honey and lavender products

A Private Dinner on the Farm
Stroll along our trail, on a guided forage learning about the native foods and berries in our forest. As the sun sets, twinkling lights will welcome you to a beautifully set table nestled amidst the blooming lavender.
Enjoy an innovative menu featuring a melange of fresh farm flavors highlighted with lavender and paired with beverages.
